I saw that truck was a covered wagon, I can remember hauling steel when I used to pull flatbed. The covered wagon guys were notorious for not using enough securement. I'd actually watch what they do. They would be out of those steel mills so quickly its ridiculous. Fod the coil to roll off to the other side, he had it loaded shotgun style. I never loaded them that way unless its was required. Its difficult to get the best securement on those coils.
