    That reminds me of my tradeshow days. Short miles and same day delivery. Paid same or more than loads going 500 miles, delivering in two days.

    Actually One pick one drop. 2 weeks ago I did a 58mi load for 1k, it delivered the next day though. The 77mile load was posted for 1k. The 58mile load I named my price and they said okay. You probably would've told them 500 dollars and thought you made out like a bandit when all you really did was fucc the market up for people like me.

    Depends on the market.
    You won't be getting $4 a mile out of Miami, Florida.
    Unless it's like a hazmat multistop load to NYC :eek:

    No that's for 400-500 mile loads. Just got one today 325 (95 DH) miles for $2300, then tomorrow 296 miles (164 DH) for $1200 to get back to the same location. All miles 880 in 2 days. $3.98/mile. My 4 week average for 1 truck is 4.16/mile for all miles.

    Thanks to brandon My fuel cost is now $0.50 a mile. I mean, thats the only cost in trucking right? Fuel?
