Food Service drivers are now awarded medals for injuries suffered in the line of duty:

I'm a milk hauler. I have to sample farm tanks, hook up hoses and go on top of tankers. It's not heavy lifting or hard labor, but enough physical activity so im not just sitting all day.

I don't know your market well, but some markets have local drop/hook or live load/unload positions. We have two types in our company, one is a relay from our terminal to the Twin Cities... grab a load in our yard, take it to the customer, sit while they unload, then take trailer to another customer to load and bring it back to our yard for a regional guy to grab when coming through. Hourly or mileage, depending upon the length of haul, with minimum weekly pay guarantee, 5-days/week. The other is a local line-haul style job. Take a day cab, grab a loaded trailer. Take it to another facility 20-100 miles away, drop it, grab a return trailer, and come back. Spot one f our trailers on the door if asked by the customer. Hourly pay, 5-10s.

Both of those examples are no-touch freight. The most labor involved would be hooking/unhooking and/or swinging the doors on a reefer. LOTS of old guys doing it.

I ran out and haven’t gotten any since but I can say I never had any visible negative side effects and felt genuinely healthier and more energetic on a day to day basis than I have in the longest.

I’m in relatively good health for 29. 5’11. 155. No chronic illnesses or disease to speak of. I have an extraordinarily hard time getting out of bed in the early AM without copious amounts of sleep. While I was taking Tongkat I would wake up and GET UP.

To clear it up if you go for a fuel job you want to be driving the big tanks that deliver fuel to stations.. up here in Michigan they call em transport, the little trucks that do fleet fuels or on site fills work 40x as hard.. they call em wagons- most stations I park too close for my 8 foot hose which weigh about 15 pounds.. It’s absolutely gravy.. only thing about fuel is that your in and out of the truck waiting on gravity

yes, the work for a delivery truck, to customers sites, you work your butt off, in all conditions, and you are usually all alone. so if you get hurt, you'll be there for a while before help arrives. also, delivering fuel to customers sites, you are very often working in the dark, and those stupid headlight flashlights don't light up much.

gas stations fuel delivery is best.
