the truck stops all give bribes and kickbacks to the large trucking companies to force their drivers to stop there .

recently a bug court case involving that and how they were not giving the promised bribes , and were afraid because one of the trucking companies was known to be owned by the mafia .

That it's all the mega truck stops. Every truck stop does fuel discounts for fleets. To try and get the traffic. Including Mom and pops. So that is why you were not fully accurate.

 

With a fleet fuel card 40 cents a gallon discounts are not unusual. That is at Pilot.
