Sadly they usually never progress beyond mediocre either.
The young folks these days, they just don't seem to have the passion for this stuff. They never grew up around it and really aren't all that interested in it.Lostkeys, MACK E-6, jamespmack and 8 others Thank this. -
I don’t know why you went to a stealership in the first place for an alignment.
I have only ever taken my trucks to an alignment shop for alignments.
Engine work is always taken to Cat/Cummins/Detroit or a highly recommended independent shop.
The only thing a dealership is good for is to get parts you can’t get elsewhere.Lostkeys, jamespmack, cke and 6 others Thank this. -
The problem is where I live. There aren't many options even remotely close to me.....and that's being nice about it. The problem now is folks are so backed up it's not funny. There are places that can't get you in for months.....so you take what you can get I guess.Lostkeys, beastr123, PoleCrusher and 5 others Thank this.

Anything after the "93 miles to next services" sign is paved in gold- you see the black & white service truck up there all flashy lights I'm making enough to buy a small country. No limping into my place unless you can limp up 7mi of 7%. Anybody here gets in trouble on that stretch give me a shout I'll give you a hand, the flatbed forum discount is pretty good.
. Just steer I'll loan you my setup for $5986.06 less (1/5 Evan Williams is on sale at Clonigers right now)

Got into Sullivan Missouri yesterday morning and spent the day with my family. They drove up to meet with my wife's sister who drove down from Ohio. Took the kids up in the arch and then my wife and her sister went and got tattoos, my wife's first.
Now it's off to deliver in Enid OK then a 34 at home. Gotta dig a grave for my first dog tomorrow. We've got an appointment to put her down on Tuesday.Last edited: Sep 26, 2021

Thanks brother, I'm hoping not to take you up on that.....lol. I very much dislike 12. I don't even like it on my bike anymore. It just drags on. Problem is if I load out of the kamiah mill going east, it's just.....the way. The past few times I actually took 95 all the way down to the interstate. Then I have to deal with whitebird hill though. Kinda ###### if you do, ###### if you don't kinda thing. The joys of living here I guess...lol

I've had stuff brought here flat & lowboy and figured whatever the bill was they were undercharging.
