Eggs on the bottom is correct for food safety purposes...still dumb for practical reasons, like the customers disliking pre-cracked eggs.

    Three truths in food service
    1. They will always be hiring
    2. Somebody will always be hurt. If it’s not you it will be.
    3. Someone is always hitting something. If it’s not you it will be. Most of the time your maneuvering in the dark in tight places. Through parking lots and down alleyways.

And I forgot number 4. Management will always be surprises about 1,2 and 3.

It seems to me these jobs should have one driver and one labor helper. IF you have a 100K driving position that anyone can get, yet they STILL can't find people, it must REALLY be a crappy job...Seriously. You'd think the management would figure out they need to make the JOB accommodating for it's drivers so they stay.

Do you love the commodity orders?

Not sure what a commodity order is. I didn't like any of Sysco customers. Except for subways.. those were pretty easy because everything stacks up good on a dolly

My mind was blown the first time I saw someone stack the bread side by side. Subway was definitely good practice for making bigger stacks as a new driver.
