Can these sensors not be cleaned ?

Or is there not a way to bypass them
And fool the computer into thinking the sensor is still there ?
Using some resistors or
Something to provide
The proper voltage readings returning from the sensor ?

Wouldn't that void the warranty in some cases?

 

Is a warranty costing you 500 to 1000$ a day worth keeping at say day 40?

 

Not to me. Not even close. I'd be looking for any way I could find to get that truck back working. And I wouldn't be waiting forty days to do it either.

 

I know with cars there’s usually a way to fool just about any sensor.
You can add in a rheostat to fool the temp sensor into thinking it’s super cold outside so it will dump a lot of extra fuel in the injectors for more power .

 

This guy explains in detail why it is so hard to trick the new sensors.

i ordered one for dd15 from another place.. did not work and returned it.
