    I also only ran it on 110. But it melted 10 gauge no problem.

    Yeah, it does.

    Ive run into issues with putting tarps on top of a pile of chains and the chains rubbing holes in the tarp. Chain links are quite round and "soft" looking, but still...

    I can't imagine what the sharp edges of expanded mesh will do.

    Too much!! I barely made it through this one.

    This expanded steel is flat, and the edges are chamfered. But I'll still keep an eye on it. Worst case, I'll get some carriage bolts, fender washers, and some mudflaps, and bolt them in along the bottom.

    you will also need to swap polarity when going from shielded wired, to using shielding gas.

    True. On this particular machine, it will actually tell you to do it. You tell what wire you're using, and it will say to swap polarity, and even show a digital picture of what to do. It's got an LCD screen in the front. Pretty bad ### machine really.
