If you can't run the b train at capacity, just seems like a waste.

B trains are a lot easier on tires (especially with auto lift or single axle dump on the triaxle) and really don't carry that much compared to maxi units.
I think we used to carry about 63k in a super-B and our 5 axle cross-border competitors were loading 51k.
We had one lease operator with a 4 axle tractor and a tridem trailer who could scale 64k when in the USA.

SuperB are restricted to 105,500 in most but some can carry more intrastate.
You can axle lots more but bridge law says no[/QUOTE]
Don't forget mi. We could run 108with that setup plus the steer. Lot of guys here are going to the 7 and 8 axle hoppers now

I just mentioned to a coworker this morning that we haven't heard anything out of that clown in the last month or so.

Just going to do a drive by and drop this here for the PeterCar folks. A young lady in Medicine Hat, Alberta saw the earlier KW one and asked me if I could make her one for the other half of the Paccar Family for her truck.

Still trying to come up with something for the FrightLiner folks.

Also made some changes to the KW at the request of someone.

Anyway, that is all, as for where I'm at, well, that hasn't changed in 26 months, still sitting behind a bank of computer monitors trying to keep track of the Pink trucks in the sea of blues and reds.

Yeah man, I know. It's a touch overkill. The only reason these two are in the truck is because of a friend with a salvage yard. He took in about 30 travel trailers and 5th wheel camperd and he had a pallet of electronics from stripping the units down. I was there at his yard earlier this year picking up some odds and ends for my 9900iX and he asked me if I needed one. I was thinking small and came across all of these big power, pure sine wave inverters and I was able to get these for $75.00

She with Clifford Smith by any chance? They've got some pretty snazzy rides.
