Ok, 13 speed originally the clutch brake was out. First shop didn’t fix it so took to a 2nd shop. They fixed it. Now, the clutch seems to be slipping. 330k KW x15. Ok, have another shop put a new clutch in. Still slips. FML. Let’s go ahead and take it to the KW dealer. They say they see metal and it needs a clutch. Keep in mind the truck has less then 100 miles since having a clutch installed. Ok, WTF ever, fix the God #### thing. KW assures they got this but not before also doing shift forks and the clutch servo. All work is complete and truck good to go. I go for a ride with my driver and 35k in the box. Starts out great but after about 10’miles we start getting slippage again while in 12th to 13th gear wide open pulling a hill.

I’m ready to set it on fire. Any ideas. Frankly I’m embarrassed but don’t know what to do.

    13 sp manual.

I don’t recall. I hooked to the trailer and the driver drove. He didn’t mention anything. I’ll have to do my own drive test tomorrow to confirm. My best guess is no tho.

The new clutches are lucky to get to 300-400K even with a good driver……but anyways.

It isn’t rocket science did they resurface the flywheel?

The first shop (well the first actual replacement) did a resurface and I believe them. They have done clutches for me before. I’m not sure if KW did but they were ver thorough I’m assuming having done the forks and servo. They changed it from an auto adjust to a manual adjust as that’s what was recommended. I went with it as I don’t give a #### since I’ll trade in 150k more anyway. I just want it fixed.
