How’s it going guys. My question is I’m buying a truck out of state, it’s a 1996 379 extended hood. Guy says it’s a 3406c original. I thought 96 was a 3406e am I wrong or is he correct? He says it’s 425 and it’s peek? Truck looks good and all but want to find out few more things before I buy.

I will have some tomorrow. I will post up. I live in Florida and trucks in New York. But to my understanding 93 and down where mechanical. I think this 96 was a 3406e and they swapped out for mechanical
Oxbow Thanks this. -
I have sign this before, and used it to tell these guys who have a 6NZ made in 99 that they are not eligible exempt. Then one sent me the ecm printout, and it showed that his 6NZ was a 99 model year. I test drove a 1995 W900L with a C. I'm sorry, based on those 2 exceptions, I don't believe this list anymore.Oxbow Thanks this.

If its PEEC it wouldn't be an E-model. Far as I know PEEC was an electronically controlled mechanical pump, whereas the E-model had electronically controlled injectors.
