Reddaway/yrc contract

i find that hard to believe. the local would know first hand. you must be a new future outsider. they are just not wanting to give it too you.

 

While that is true, for us it took 3 months before the union would print up the new contract and no amount of begging for a copy would get them to do it faster.

Luckily we all had a draft version so didn't have too many problems....

I happened to be looking into it because I was applying to Yellow but they steered me to Reddaway. Then I started hearing that some Reddaway terminals are not union. So wondering if Yellow is a better choice or if they will be under the same pay, union agreement, etc some time in 2022.

I don't know about other terminals, but Reddaway West Sacramento is not union, and the drivers still enjoy the Yellow union benefits (just don't pay dues).
