Huge issue please help with ELD/truck issue

Problem is when I drive my logbook does not switch from ON DUTY to DRIVE but the tablet does show its in motion when I move but I think that’s getting it from the XRS relay not the truck.

I was told by a mechanic that it might be causing a shortage in the wiring because when I drive it goes from on duty to drive randomly or the other way around

When I check HOA I get a error saying “missing data diagnostics” and the miles is N/A
i already changed the speed sensor and nothing.


Need help to figure this out thank you
