I don't believe super ego is the right terminology here. Super ego theoretically refers to the psyches reaction to immoral acts, producing guilt or shame......this is more akin to a personality disorder like malignant narcissism or sociopathic behavior ...or in street terms just an ahole, scumbag, thief, parasite, weasel...etc...
