Wow... I don't think a guy could get started right now to do hot shot if he tried. Trailer builds are months out & truck builds are out that much as well. Are you guys that is already out there just maintaining the heck out of your equipment & keeping them for now?
Truck/Trailer builds backlogged, are you doing extra maintenance?

I’ve got my setup for sale for anyone who’s interested. 2020 Ram 4500 Laramie and 2020 Diamond C 40’ air ride trailer.
Lite bug Thanks this. -
The Diamond C trailers look like a very durable trailer. Do they work as good as they look? How much are you asking for the trailer?
-
Sounds like the way to do it right now, cause if you can find a set up, they are marked up a good 20% higher than they were a year ago.Lite bug Thanks this.

If you want the best Diamond C is way too go. I've had Pj, H & H, and Kauffman and there is no comparison. Mine trailer is $37kLite bug Thanks this.

Look around, just bought a 2000 35ft PJ with 8 new tires for 6 grand for a spare. Hadn't been out of the guy's barn since 2019 Only PJ I've ever seen over a yr old that was still black.
Lite bug Thanks this. -
Give it a month in the snow and salt. It will be rusting by spring time! I’ve owned two.

Those barn finds are great! Doubtful I would buy a previously used hot shot trailer. They obviously get used hard.
