    They couldn’t have picked a worse spot! That exit is next to the Chippewa River so if any of that oil leaches into the soil and into the river….:eek:

    Motor oil is not a hazardous material, toss a truck load of sand on it, scoop it up, and sprinkle ‘oil dry’ on the pavement.
    This is not rocket science.
    Track down the owner, and charge for the clean-up.

    If that was full of oil, that would have some good weight on that tiny axle and hubs, especially at highway speeds. Something was bound to happen sooner or later.

    That would be well over 2,000 lbs. Looks like 4 stud hubs, possible lawn mower tires? The driver even left the ball hitch.
