I thought that was the whole point of the Drug and Alcohol Clearinghouse though. Isn't it supposed to stop drivers like this from just moving on to another company and potentially doing the same thing again?

 

Wouldn't bother US if Automakers began installing BreathAlyzers, although WE wouldn't be "in the buying market".
The (Write Off Cost) of installing BreathAlyzers in Class 6, 7 & 8 Vehicles would become insignificant because of the increased Outflow of Drivers.
Every time a Driver pulled the Parking Brake, before continuing, "give it a warm moist sample" (I'm aware of how that line sounds, Please Stay On Topic).
