What would cause clutch to slip every now and then. Clutch is 1.5 yrs old. After replacement by dealer it stared slipping within 1k miles. It was slipping for couple of weeks, and then stopped. Since since then it would slip sometimes. Last week it was crazy. I was deadheading from IL thru IN and OH, and I would slip when I was going over overpasses. After I was loaded I went back same route without problem. Next morning clutch wouldn't work at all. After a while it would start engaging, but slip really bad. But after getting going I've managed to do 4 stops around Chicago without problem. My mechanic will look at it again, but he already told me he can't think why it would act like that.
    It's a KW t680, manual transmission

Do you have any free travel in the pedal? It sounds like something is binding up in the release mechanism/linkage. As far as the overpass problem, was it cold enough for them to be iced up, but not the roads, so it seemed like the clutch was slipping? There's really no other explanation that I can think of. I'm pretty curious about what you find!

hahahahahhaha... sorry not laughing at you, laughing with you.

Sounds like it’s the air regulator or the servo, or both.
