New Canadian cross border vaccine mandate

Jan 15th is the date.

 

Yet another reason for corporate to hate on human resources. The autobots won't need vaccines, just software updates.

 

I think decepticons is a more appropriate term.......

 

The 20% who are unvaccinated likely dont do cross border trucking. Seems like just a bunch of hype,,truck news running out of crap to BS about

 

No reason to think cross border drivers are any more likely to vaccinated. Could be seeing some comapnies offering bigger premiums for crossing but unless the try and mandate the shot for all drivers there shouldn't be too much disruption.

 

This won't really make any difference for Canadian drivers since they will need to be vaccinated to get out of Canada anyways so coming back will be no problem.

 

I know of a lot of drivers who won't get the vaccine to continue crossing the boarder, most of them work at same company. Probably has a fleet of 40, wouldn't be surprised if they loss as much as half there drivers over this

 

Almost like people hate being told what to do. Who'd have thought?

 

We all know now that there will be drivers who turn in there keys, let's see if the rates will reflect that tho.....
