I am on Lisinopril and Metformin... I pass the DOT physical without issue. Its not like they are testing for BP, 'Beetus, or epilepsy drugs (I had a dog on gabapentin, that's how I know what its for).

 

They test the ph because an unusual ph level can signal attempted masking of other drugs. I while back Alkaline water was all the rage for the snake-oil customers. It can cause your sample to be labled "diluted, neutral". In which case you have to wait there until you can fill another cup.

They either don't test for BP medicine or do nothing with positive results. Any prescription you've been given or filled could be discovered if they paid to look in the database, but they only normally look for a usable/recreational drugs we think about already.
