Should I run these steer tires in this condition?!?

Have ceramic balance beads installed. They work. The problem with big tire balance, is it costs so much, so nobody wants to rebalance them... tread wears, they get out of balance, the tread starts chopping up, and the balance gets worse..... balance beads move to the light spots of the tire and dynamically balance it. I had a rollback with 11R22.5's and balance beads (and no wheel weights) at 65 MPH, zero vibration or shimmy in the front end. (Don't use sand, golf balls, airsoft pellets, BB's, any other cheaper substitutes that people think will work).

Took a pair of slightly used steers, and the rims to Southern Tire Mart, and paid to have them mounted on the rims, and balanced. The used the glued on weights. Weights fell of one rim within a day.

I’ve posted it before but I pull steers earlier than legal depth as they take all that pothole beating etc and they’re the only line of defense between you and the ditch

I think steers have more unseen damage for the same reasons
I also change shocks every 70k and run centramatics on all axles
Do 3 wheel truck and trailer alignments every 6 months or so
