Took possession earlier this year. Around may or so I believe.

Edit: I was told expect anywhere from a 20%-30% increase next year. Who knows though, it's all guessing.

And the 80K beams are a separate option?

 

Your beams are your choice. They start at 40k and go up from there. I would never buy 40k beams....ever. most guys can get by with 50k beams. With mine, I can put 60k in 4 ft, 80k in 6ft and I think 110k total on the deck. Not that i ever will.
