Question;

Would you eat at a restaurant that does not have a menu you could choose items or dishes from? All you get to do is pick a protein. The choice would be listed on a sign and say “ Today, choose from Beef, Chicken or fish. Once you choose, things like an appetizer, soup or salad is then delivered to the table, while the main dish is prepared. Also it is a fixed price for the meal, excluding any alcoholic beverages.

 

Just tell them it’s for a visitor. They’ll never know. Then visit it around midnight. Lol. Reminds me of my Dad smoking at my Grandpas hospital bedside, in 1970, letting him have a puff, and my Uncle giving him a swig of whiskey. Seemed perfectly normal at the time to a 6 yr. old kid.

 

Whiskey, tequila, dark rum, or a dark beer.

Fans of the 90 Day Fiancé stars noticed that Hazel, 28, recently changed her Instagram bio, which now reads, “A real man wouldn’t abuse his women mentally and emotionally. Real man don’t run his mouth n social media, wait tell I’m ok. Thruth [sic] will prevail #facts.” She has shared several quotes via her Instagram story that hint at her state of mind.

“Work at being calm about everting, it will allow your mind to find solutions. Calmness is also a state of trust. Instead of overthinking and overreacting, you just surrender for that moment and allow guidance for what doesn’t make sense,” one of the posts read via her Instagram Stories.

The TLC personality also shared a quote that stated, “You can’t always be nice. That’s how people take advantage of you. Sometimes you have to set the boundaries.”

46 large a year?

 

Yep 46 Dimes a year on a home purchased in 1989. The real estate market here in Texas went into the craper banks and S&L were going under. My bride and I bought it unfinished from the RTC for $165k took me two years to finish the build out working on it part time. It was being built by a builder for him and his family, but he went brook before he finished it then it went to the S&L, then the S&L went under then the RTC dumped it on the market. We are fortunate my bride makes a very good income, and I did well when I sold my Business in 2006 and retired. What is killing us on the valuation is the people moving in from California have driven up prices over the past 3 years.
