If you're talking about Volvo of Denver, now known as Nextran, I would strongly disagree. It's always been expensive, always takes forever, and 50% of the time they don't do the work correctly. Even something as basic as an oil change, I've had them dump a gallon of oil all over the engine and not bother to replace the lost gallon or even clean up the engine bay. I took it in to replace the water pump a few years ago, and they charged me for the work and forgot to perform it, so I had to wait again for them to actually do the work. They've left tools sitting in my engine bay and closed it up. Everything is upcharged. A $170 part from the parts department costs $190 if bought through the service department. A simple bolt around 1/4" diameter costs $15. A job that I can do in less than 2 hours, as a novice mechanic with no special tools needed, is billed at 6 hours. I can go on and on. The parts guys are solid, the service department is pretty bad.

If you're talking about Bruckner's, then maybe. I haven't had the Denver shop do any work, but the Colorado Springs branch has treated me fairly.

I know 2 guys that can work on it for side gigs but not a shop by far in CN area as far as Ny goes still have to find someone that even want to do anything on trucks that is reasonable out there.

have a bunch of customer from east coast that come here for service and few times they have been broken down at home or NY, PA impossible to find someone just to replace parts on their trucks.
