With so many here traveling all over you’ve probably had just about every fast food burger in existence. So what’s the best?
Whataburger, In and Out, Wendy’s, Steak and Shake? Maybe you like a burger from a place that’s not really fast food like Five Guys.
In Texas there is a never ending argument as to whether In and out, or Whataburger has the best burgers. Both are decent. But I break away from the argument because I think both are wrong. The best burger here in Texas for my money is Freddy’s. And they have really good ice cream as well. They also always give me 15% off with Veteran I.D as the founder Freddy was a WW2 vet.
I’m a burger lover, and a burger snob. Refuse to eat the cardboard at McDonalds. There are many good burgers but if you haven’t tried Freddy’s I’d recommend that you should. They don’t cook it till it’s ordered. So it’s always hot and fresh. Don’t think they are nationwide though.
So what’s your opinion. Where do you go for your favorite burger when you’re on the run ?

@Rideandrepair will probably agree... Bill Thomas' Halo Burger on Pierson Rd in Flint. At least back in the day anyway. The best hamburgers and french fries this side of the Andromeda galaxy.
That was lunch every day when I worked at Precision Tune in the 80's.Sirscrapntruckalot, Rideandrepair, Pamela1990 and 1 other person Thank this. -
Just looked on Google maps and lo' and behold, they're still there. Judging from the reviews though, the quality has slipped considerably since Bill was alive.Rideandrepair and Pamela1990 Thank this.

What about Culver's?!
RockinChair, Rideandrepair and Shackdaddy Thank this. -
Yeah not any Culver’s close to me but I did eat there like once in Colorado and once I think in Conroe,Tx and they were both good. Same custard type of ice cream as Freddy’s. Real good ice cream. And good burgers at Culver’s too.
RockinChair, Warrior Pump and Rideandrepair Thank this. -
