K&K Trucking out of Carthage, TN.........What can I say guys this is going to be a long road ahead of anyone trying to get there last couple of paychecks from them. However, I believe things are going to start looking better for all the truckers. If your 3 week check has bounced at your bank you need to contact Ashley Kemp. Trust me please!! My boyfriend and I got that money, we are now working on getting the 2 weeks of non-payment. Ashley's phone number is 615-489-5572 call her. She is trying to make things right for those people. Now info about the last 2 weeks of pay checks......After getting on the interstate last night I seen a day cab with a trailer going into Nashville. Then I recieved a phone call this morning saying a tractor was headed up east. I believe they are fixing to open under a new name or something. Money is still coming in, so they should make it right for the employees. I am contacting the state and the DA today. Keep posted for the next news that I hear. Like I said before all K&K drivers are going to have to ban together to show the Kemp's that we are not going to lay down for this.

Okay guys I promised an update.....So far I have heard that you can do a civil suite against them. However, if they fill chapter 7 you have to contact the court. It could take up to years to get your money this way. In my opinion if all of you guys ban together and get one lawyer you stand a better chance. Well here is some more news for you guys about K&K.....Well the other day Donnie Kemp called my husband and left a message. You will never believe that he was offering him a driving job and wanted to make sure he was working. Gee, this man sure didn't care if you guys were working at Christmas. haha Come to find out Donnie has a buddy that has bought some land and 6 trucks to haul mail. haha He is going to call and ask you if you were an employee. haha All I have to say is good luck on getting money again....Your luck the payroll checks are just like rubber...Going to bounce all over the place.
