Yes and no. A good many of these "trainers" I see are just thugs.

Dudes are so ate up they don't even let the trainee get points on a rewards card of his own.

They said 4 weeks total , but I have to make up the lost time with the 1st trainer, so I need at least 3 weeks with the 2nd trainer, thanks Chinatown

It’s funny you bring about the point on the rewards, with the first trainer of course I know nothing about point , and the 2nd trainer he did bring it up, he say the 1st trainer should let trainee get all the rewards, that can help the trainee in the future blah blah , so he ask me to grad the reward card at loves ,plying J and pilot , but after all that , he only fill fuel at TA , and I never have a chance to using my rewards, and I’m really don’t pay much attention to it , just funny when you bring it up

It's not "The Teachers Report", and 2nd, no need to qualify your nationality, the world is much more universal today. 3rd, I mean no disrespect, but you have to remember what field of work you are going into. It's not wine tasting or running a punch press. It's a stressful, lonely, unsatisfying( at times) and certainly not like any other job. Therefore, trucking attracts all the people that don't fit into "regular" society, and you'll encounter some real characters. People that don't necessarily know how to interact with other people, and you have to roll with it, at least until on your own. I don't think I've heard ONE trainer success story, they all seem to have their quirks, and all I can say, is welcome to trucking 101. If you are that passionate about truck driving, you simply will have to go through the hoops. I think people today want it as easy as can be, and when they run into resistance, they whine like a bad bearing. If you think "training" is tough, wait until you get on your own. Best of luck.

I know you guys are new to the industry. I know you are nervous. I understand that you are being bombarded with new experiences. That being said, you have to draw a line in the sand.

First line = No Yelling.

Now OP struggles with English and the trainer is probably doing the fat American tourist thing and get obnoxiously loud as if that helps with the translation. Find a safe place to park, pull the brakes, put your phone on video record and set it down, look at your trainer in the eyes and WHISPER, “stop the yelling. I hear just fine.”
Either the trainer is going to lower his tone or he’s going to lose his ship. Be prepared to leave the truck, but notify your contact at your company. If you don’t have this contact info, shame on you because ALL companies give new drivers a contact person.
