I smoke a lot when I’m home
Might have posted this already somewhere??

But I’ll do a brisket, pulled pork loin or butt, ribs, and we have done several prime ribs over the years and even a turkey this year

I vacuum pack meals and either put in microwave or I just bought a small instant pot that I haven’t tried yet
Put a cube freezer in the truck last time I was home and that’s been working great so far

Had an electric smoker before this one
This took a little more to get used to and a lot more babysitting but once dialed in it works a lot nicer
