I am interested in going to Prime, Inc and PAM Trucking. Can anybody help on who is better for the training, miles, pay and equipment?

Well, I can't say I've worked for either one. However, I do have friends who work for Prime and for the most part they are satisfied "most of the time". Never have even spoke to anyone who drives for PAM though.
Only advice I can give, and most others will tell you as well, is to investigate carefully and figure out what you want and go with the one that gets you as close to that as possible.
Just remember, in this industry every company sucks to some extent
