Kinda like the Harley guys have Pan Heads, Shovel heads, and Block heads based on valve cover appearance.

That’s for sure. Me and a friend slammed into the quarter panel of a Duster. I had snow tire skid marks on my left arm, he had skinned knees. $40 mini bike, I painted it up like new. Couldn’t afford the $11 clutch brake. It was only a 2 hp Briggs. Had a copper racing head gasket. It was fast, beat a 4 hp Tecumseh.

I wrecked a sweet 3 speed Schwinn Sting Ray when I was about ten years old going down a hill in my neighborhood called "dead man's curve". Hit some loose gravel at the bottom. Tore my little ### up real good. Santa had only brought it about 3 months prior and I totaled it. Concussion and stitches. Would love to have that bike back 40 years later, but the lesson it instilled in me is probably more valuable.
Man she was a sweet ride in 1981. Shifter mounted on the frame, wide slick tire on the rear, ape hangers, banana seat, and metallic paint. Lol

251EF423-A1D5-4B91-A784-6D9FE57C0FEF.png RIP Little Roo Roo. I held her and petted her while she died. Though she couldn’t hold her head up, She looked right up at me at the very moment. Heart wrenching. She was a real Cutie. 16 yrs old, we’ll miss her.

I had a slightly newer 400... an 82 Yamaha 400 XS. I went from that to the Vmax. It was quite an upgrade.
