I have 4 preventable accidents in my first 7 months

Goodness. Slow down. Watch your mirrors. Do not move truck unless you know what’s around you. You may even want to ask to have a trainer ride along with you again. Like the one fella said trucking is not for everyone. You need somehow to get better at driving the truck or just chalk it up to another life lesson. Not to sound like a bah humbug but buddy you gotta kick it in gear and start driving better or find something else do do. I think your ambition is high especially wanting to start your own business but daum you need to get the driving down better before even considering. You have a long way to go. The thing in your favor very minor accidents, thank goodness nothing more damaged than you described. Ask yourself these accidents you have had has broke your confidence. You need to get the confidence back into your driving and figure out a way to do a better job of it. Driving the truck is usually the easy part of trucking. It’s all these ya whos you have to worry about. Gain back your confidence, slow down, always be aware of your truck and trailer and get it done. You can do it.

Friend got insurance just now 4 years experience on his own truck with less accidents than you and it was 78k.

think about that before you do it as progressive is the only company I know that will insure new driver and new company.
