Ohio Man Busted For Theft Of A Bridge

That’s a lot of work put in and nobody noticed until it was gone.

 

Its all I can do to stop myself from making bad jokes about this.

Toll ed you I have very little restraint when it comes to jokes.

That Was The Bestest Part.

His COSTS are simply Increasing unlike His Intelligence.

 

Must be easier ways to play bridge.

 

Must of gotten his tools and equipment from Acme.

 

If nothing else, one should admire the cajones on this guy.....
Of course I did chuckle at the line "Police didn't say why he stole it.".
That should be obvious with scrap prices.

 

Cops show up on scene mid-theft:

"Hey guys, I'm Randy Lahey with the city planning department. This bridge is really unsafe gotta lot of reports about structuralism and carrollshun. We've gotta take it and melt it down eh-slap before it kills someone. Its really dangerous. Anyways new bridge is on its way should be here in 20 minutes. We gotta go before this bridge kills someone!"

 

It was a pedestrian bridge made mostly of polymer. The only scrap would be the bolts used to keep together.

 

Go ahead with the jokes, just keep it clean.

I can think of a couple myself but I'm supposed to be neutral.

It just tickles me though. I mean it takes some pure nerve to steal a 50 foot bridge.
