Hazmat/tanker Endorsement.

There are lots of free practice tests online. This site included. Do NOT pay any site for the tests. If you do you are wasting your money.

 

I did using the practice tests listed up top. I failed the first time barely and they let me immediately retake it.

Pay very close attention to the questions you answered wrong and what the right answer was. That’s what I did and I passed the second time. Chances are good you’ll get one of those questions you missed, maybe asked in a different way, when you retake the test.

I have taken the test by studying the practice test only. Take the ones that thetruckersreport.com has also.

 

I’m not sure if he’s abandoned the thread but I took the test in 2 states. Take ALL the practice tests on multiple websites. Memorize each answer.

Don’t use just one website! They all vary so you need to study them all. I learned this the hard way when I failed after perfecting my answers on only one site.

 

I strictly did practice tests as well. Just do them repeatedly until memorized and you're set.

 

i did 4 Pratice tests in this site. And went in and passed the test only got 1 question wrong that I answered……took all of 7 minutes to take the test itself

I swear they have dumbed the test down……..

 

I passed the hazmat test a couple weeks ago in Texas and only used the practice tests on www.cristcdl.com. They were near identical to the questions I got at the dmv.

 

The test is administered as if everyone that passes will ultimately haul radioactive hazmat. There will be multiple questions about being up wind or down wind when you pull over.

 

Yeah.....ok. Which planet did you take the test on? I have taken the test twice in the last 5 1/2 years. Those two comments are ridiculous.

 

TruckerCountry.com has the most versions of ALL endorsements. When I need to renew my HazMat, the only endorsement that ever needs to be renewed, I use TruckerCountry.com and that is the only preparation I use. The key to passing those tests with minimum effort is to read the question and THEN READ ONLY THE CORRECT ANSWER. NEVER READ A WRONG ANSWER. Read the question, then read the correct answer. On test day you read the question and then look for the most familiar answer.
