I think nothing good comes out of this. Now , i see FEAR in thuckers, especially the young Generation. They finally see the reality if you get into an accident, and KILL someone, your going to JAIL for a long time. NO running to the nearest airport to head back home. Not going to happen. The only sleeper bunker will be with BUBA on top. Ha. ha ha. This is a wake up call

 

I see all the petitions being signed, so what, we let this idiot back in a Truck later???? NO!!!! Never let him drive a Commercial vehicle ever again. Whats happening is now Drivers see what will happen if they kill someone with their truck. The Police know, if you get into a major accident in a Commercial Vehicle, they will be waiting at all Airports.

 

One driver I often wonder about is the O/O who t-boned a school bus after goosing it around a 4 wheeler who was waiting patiently to make a left turn. What became of that douche canoe? Does anybody know?

Looks like they will reduce the sentencing after all.

 

A DA asking so he/she can get reelected doesn't mean it's going to be reduced. That said, even the sentencing judge told him to appeal as the appeals court has more leeway to reduce the sentence than he does. It's no surprise the sentence will get shortened because that's exactly how Colorado has it setup.
The petitions and so called protests did nothing to contribute to that.

 

You can watch his 1st court appearance on video. He knew no English a interpreter spoke for him. He knew he should hv hit the run away ramps but was afraid he would get fired.he made a decision to take American lives . The libs covered his bond. He didn’t really care in court and was dressed like he was going to a club. Way too many idiots like him on the road.
