I’m well aware of the 1099 thresholds. Never liked how they lowered it. This would’ve been back in like 2019 when I did Uber/Lyft. -
Can’t he just work on a 60 hr 7 day logbook schedule? 25 hrs on the weekend. As long as he has 10 hrs off between Friday evening and Saturday morning? And ofcourse 10 hrs off sat night, before working Sunday morning. Keeping a total of 60 hrs between both jobs. Never running out of hours available for every weekend. Like his original post 60-35= 25 available for the weekend.
