He was not from a flat State. He is from another country entirely, and he did not have much driving experience, let alone in a Commercial vehicle in this country.Wargames Thanks this.

He was restricted to drive only in Texas. He had no right to be out of the stste of Texas. He broke the law by leaving Texas, then killed four innocent people. 110 yrs. is only 27.5 yrs. per victim. He should have gotten life+110 yrs..

It’s not abuse. The pardon power exists purely for the political convenience of the government. Alexander Hamilton actually wrote in the federalist papers that exact reason was why the constitution gave the president unlimited powers of pardon and reprieve. Colorado’s constitution was written to follow the federal one.
