Try Craigslist. One driver found a good job there and he had 12 fender-benders in his car, but still found a decent job.
Facebook has sections for truck drivers and some with bad records find jobs there.
Make lots of phone calls and leave lots of phone messages.

A guy my dad worked with years ago rolled a truck when they were at the same company. Schneider agreed to hire him some time last year or the year before. He had already been with a couple carriers in between.
It's not hopeless. This guy is even a real piece of work. His rollover being old helped but his lack of recent driving didn't. Yet he still got job offers.jsnell Thanks this. -
