I blame traction control and ABS, they've enabled countless people to rocket down the highway with virtually no concept of traction, inertia, momentum, lateral g-force and above all common sense.

I believe they changed that so that you can do an IT bond thru the US again as long as you have a straight load(one shipper and one receiver) and no LTL.loads.Canadianhauler21 and skipgears Thank this.

I started out running 11 and 17 20 plus years ago, Didn't see the stupidity or carnage you see now. Seemed to be more smaller truckstops to stop at along the way from North Bay to Cochrane as well back then, seems like most of them have closed up or were torn down. Used to like the one at Colbalt when it was around.
