First off, that .15 discount on fuel is a joke and a slap in the face. sign up for the NASTC card and you will save .50 a gallon. JCT is pocketing the true discount..
secondly, whatever you have in your maintenance account you will lose whether or not anything is wrong with the truck you turn in.

 

I'd be embarrassed to come here and admit to running for $1.20/mi.

Not even 2 yrs experience, don't know enough to even know what profit is, and arrogant as all heck.... yep, just the kind of sucker the scam was built for.

Not to mention, wishing death upon someone that's trying to show you the scam.... really shows some class.

I bought a truck and plowed about the first 3 years profit into fixing and buying tools, i "made" less than your starting average company driver does.

If i hadnt, repairs would have kept me better fed but requiring me to scrap the truck and buy something new i hated

At present ive been down 2 months doing a repair and remodel i cant trust anyone else to do.

Does that make me "better" than you?

As a mechanic yes, as a buisness person... well, can YOU afford to be down for 2 months?
