Just judging from the skid marks behind, I think both vehicles were moving... but idk, what do yall think?

I'd suspect alcohol or cellular device or both (by the 4 wheeler)

 

I’m not quite sure but I think the car is either a Crown Victoria or a Grand Marquis. Either way it doesn’t look good.

Yesterday I was on way to Mahwah, Nj. and a lady in the lane
to left of me threw her car sideways across in front of me.
Crossed 2 lanes to get off an exit?
I skidded the truck, and missed her by inches. Are U nuckin' futz??
Seems like all bets are off and now anything goes.
I still don't know how I didn't make contact. Not even time for an air horn enema.
I would miss the exit - instead of dying in a ball of flaming steel, no?????

Mythbusters should do a special episode on just how much relative speed it takes to do that kind of damage.
