When you take a picture of a receipt on Quickbooks, does it go to like a pre-determined folder for like fuel or repairs?

I just need a app to where I can say, get a repair receipt and upload/take a picture of it and it go to maybe like the repair folder.
Ditto if I upload/take a picture of a fuel receipt.
Is QB good for that??Oxbow Thanks this. -
I can't answer that. We always just entered the info in the appropriate category manually.nikmirbre Thanks this.

NetSuite by Oracle is a better alternative to QB, if anyone interested in dropping Intuit.
PS: I'm using self made database to track everything, so not interested in any of anything else. -
It will categorize transactions most the time gets it right but when it doesn't you can simply change it to the correct expense category. It gets better over time as it learns your transactions. You can also set up rules after you have uploaded several receipts of the same company, the system will ask you ie. Any receipts from fleetpride always go to repairs/maintenance.
I think their are better alternatives but it still is the standard in the accounting world if you will be working with a CPA for taxes or having them review your books.
