The 1st thing you should do is analyze yourself.. then when you think you on top of your Agame then ask yourself this
How many more trucks do I real want.. and do I honestly think I can find that many drivers that can meet my standards ?
I'll asked myself that many times and the answer is always the same .I own 3 trucks and theres 1 driver me

I'm a single truck owner leased onto LS. Truck is paid for, have a little savings, in all honesty it should be double what it is. I have a large family at home and I'm the bread winner (yay....)
Now is not the time to be buying I understand that the market is stupid high, I'm just trying to make all I can, waiting for the down turn.
Can I find more of me? IDK the good hands have trucks or 6 figure jobs already. These are the reasons I was looking for some insight. I'd use LS hiring process for a while try to get a small fleet going and see what happens when I get to that point, always chasing myself 3-5yrs down the road.blairandgretchen and ProfessionalNoticer Thank this. -
It's definitely wise to use a larger carrier to your advantage and grow your own fleet under thier wings IF you can be profitable enough to pull it off. You're also wise to stack your profits now and buy during the next down cycle.Last edited: Jan 31, 2022
