Deck or frame bent

I’m going to take your advice and buy a couple of 2x6’s.The machine was loaded with the counterweights towards the cap and was about two feet from the step like the picture below but this time the lift was about 10k more.

 

Yes,I purchased new at the end of July last year.

 

I did several times on the way home.Crawled underneath it looking for cracks in the steel and in the paint.The main beams on the inside look a bit wavy but not on the outside.I don’t remember what they are supposed to look like on the inside so I don’t know if it’s normal.When I run my hand over the inside beam I can feel them but not on the outside.

 

Getting dirty is my specialty lol.I was an oil rig tank cleaner for years.Covered from head to toe in oil based drilling mud.Nasty job,I can still smell and taste that invert mud.

 

I’m back at the house and I’m thinking of taking it to the dealer where I purchased it from since they are down the road from me and they can take a look at it.Also going to tell them that a trailer that new shouldn’t be bending like that and see what they say.
