220 is fine, oil is always hotter than coolant.

I have a Peterbilt '06 with an ISX 475 hp.In july 09 i had the EGR changed, since then it smokes when shifting when goes up hill (more than normal)OK!.I went for annual inspection and emission test(plated in ont.) i had 34%, max is 30%.I took it to cummins and they changed again the EGR under warranty. After that i had 38%!!! I went back to cummins, they did a clean up with a product, a 5 gal.can for about 50 min. and they adjusted the valves, i paid $750+tx.Now i had 48%!!,and they said oh! we must change the injectors and they did, after that i had 28% wich is very high! This time i paid $5100
    What do you think?

Try a pilot supply website. Sportys Pilots shop has them. Google it then search carbon monoxide on the website and you'll find them.

Remove and clean/replace your EGR differetial PSI tubes, Bottom left hand side of the motor they are 2 small steel lines. They can plug up with soot
