No, no one is going to call you. We deal with very little broker loads anyway. For the most part customers great but it's Trucking, #### happens, sometimes you might get one that pisses you off. But it really doesn't matter, as a company driver you can't refuse loads anyways. Like Midwest said earlier, quit overanalyzing this dude, this is a good company and a good job, if you are a competent driver capable of doing the job without having your handheld you will do great here. When it comes to Minor Details, there is always a learning curve with any company you start out with. Doesn't take long to get used to the way we do things here. Welcome aboard

 

I second everything YardMule said! And yeah, the bonus is easily obtainable, I too have hit the max bonus every quarter since they changed it and have always done it with taking at least a few extra days off along with the normal weekends during the quarter

 

Ok excellent. Yes there is that learning curve knowing customers where to check in etc. Main thing is this seems like a stand up company. Can't wait to get started. Midwest hope your feeling better how are you doing?

 

Thanks, not 100% yet but moved the truck to a KW Dealership to get checked out. Felt good to drive a couple hours finally. Finally feeling like it’s going to be over.
