Good riddance, that entity ( FB) has done more to erode our "person-to-person" interaction, and responsible for more chaos we, as older people, ever imagined. I'm guilty of being on FB, did that years ago, and almost impossible to cancel. They have a dynamite Marketplace, got a good deal on a local Jeep there, but I think,,pure speculation, this Zuckerberg started FB with good intentions, I have reconnected with old friends and family, but it opened up a can of worms of sad behavior, I bet even he never saw coming. Now, like the beast out of the genie bottle, it can't be reversed. IDK, is $240 billion a lot of money today? "Billion",,,or even "Million",,,are just words to most.Deadwood, austinmike, Mattflat362 and 5 others Thank this.

I don’t know. I use to think FB was the worst thing ever until I seen TicTok.

CIA, FBI, local law enforcement, big tech, all have access to your private information.
This is what has Edward Snowden and Julian Assange in trouble now; they revealed it.LameMule, jason6541, Mattflat362 and 3 others Thank this. -
And that is why it is a life goal to send the NSA/CIA guy watching me into therapy.

There's good and bad about everything. FB does attract the ilk of the world, but they have a dynamite marketplace. I got a great deal on a Jeep Wrangler, 9 miles away, never would have known without FB, and I tell you what, if I was looking for a semi, this is where I'd look. I apologize if you don't have FB, but some smokin' deals. A '77 Pete 359 for $12g's?
