I wonder how much stuff was doubled or tripled hocked.
Different banks and fianance companies holding the same paper for colateroll SP?

That happened at Trism when they went down.
Several different banks thought they had titles to trls. Well alot of them were bogus.

G.E. Capitol was smart and went in with their repo people and started grabbing trls. they had titles to and moved them to Tn. and Il. holding yards.
I know because I picked up some out of the Il. holding yard to a company I spent a brief time with after Trism closed.

I don't even pretend to know the whole story at Arrow but I'd be willing to bet insurance fraud charges will come in to this mess of charges and wrong doings before it's over. Over the 30 years I was in the automobile business I saw dozens of insurance fraud cases,some filed by the insurance co and some filed by the state of Illinois Insurance Fraud Division. In Every case the defendant was found guilty and it was expensive to say the least.

I just hope enough of the Arrow employees get together to file a class action against these pos owners. Yeah I know it will take years and they probably won't get all they have coming but its the only recourse they have at this point.

It will also be interesting to see if the IRS audits the owners as well as the company books, the IRS doesn't lose very often on big cases of tax fraud. Then there's unpaid Social Security, unemployment insurance, what else am I forgetting?

I certainly hope they hang em out to dry! my nickel's worth.

 

TAB is insane.. to keep doing the same thing and expecting a different result. They long suspected fraud... wtf were they thinking by giving more monies. ??????????

Flying J just (TAB) can't get enough. Bankruptcy last year and now this...

 

This suit is just one of many. Read the article at landline about the O/O whose truck was a lease purchase at Arrow. This kinda stuff just makes you sick. It does appear that TAB has a pretty good case backed by Documentation of fraud. This involves banking and money transfers and that's Fed Gov't involvement. The O/O in Landline has been contacted by the FBI according to the article so the Feds are involved. Stay tuned, it's gonna get worse.
