HA! Got me, electrical always baffled me, but I think, maybe, when you put on the brakes, it helps complete a circuit, usually a bad ground. Run another ground from the frame to the cab, see if that helps.

The problem with these new trucks is that all the electronics are integrated onto a single buss.
Had a similar problem once in a Volvo, the radio was irritating to listen to. Ran the radio power wire straight to the battery buss, installed a fuse holder problem solved.tscottme and black_dog106 Thank this.
