What if you don’t have an ELD and no log book and run under multiple exemptions?

Then you don’t have an ELD and no log book and run under multiple exemptions. Is there a problem?)

No, that's when the literate are separated from the folks who have to tale their shoes and socks off to count past 7.

That's why I included the assumption about sleeping nights. It's true that 5 days and 10 hours (130 hours) is all you need to burn 70 since you can split-log to eliminate the 30-minute break (the 2-hour break covers it) and get 11 hours of driving done every 21 hours, times six is 126 hours, plus the last four driving hours for 130 hours total. I would never run that way since I prefer to sleep nights. Ten hours is plenty long enough for my sleep break.

We all have our stories. In 2005, in a company truck governed at 65 mph, I began my day at 0500 right around mile marker 100 in North Dakota and delivered 23 hours later in Puyallup WA.
