2014 international prostar maxforce 13 coolant problems

    coolant will disappear and reappear and blow out of cap replaced cap builds up pressure affects my heater does not overheat i also put in a new egr cooler no liquid from exhust or in my oil tested thermostats opening and closing as they should any ideas on how to find my problem?

    I have the 2014 Max 13 also. Just added coolant today. and also got the red octagon on dash checked said coolant low added 3/4 gallon and started for a few min and octagon didn't come back on but engine light on. I have seen use fluid sometimes and then nothing for awhile. I have 660k on mine. Any ideas of how to see what code I might have? I haven't seen any issues anywhere on mine but that red warning and low coolant???? have you had that light with low coolant? Anything you can tell me about this engine would be appreciated. Cost for that EGR cooler. are you small trucking or own a few?
